Everything begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation call with one of our travel designers. This is an open conversation — there is no pressure and no obligation. We simply want to understand your vision, your travel style, and what kind of experience you are looking for.
For standard journeys, there is no design fee. For more complex, highly tailored projects, a design fee may apply — this is fully credited toward your final booking.
We recommend beginning your planning at least 3–6 months before your intended travel date, particularly for peak seasons or if you are interested in specific hotels or experiences that have limited availability. However, we are also experienced at creating exceptional journeys for shorter lead times.
Every journey includes a deeply tailored itinerary framework, strategic accommodation selection, curated experiences aligned with your travel style, budget clarity, and 3 major refinement rounds. Throughout your travels, you will have access to our team for any questions or adjustments.
